7. Awarded scholarship funds may be used for: tuition, books, fees, supplies and education related living expense.

8. Early Admissions/Dual Enrollment and Partnership Program students are not eligible to receive scholarship funds.

If anytime in the future, it becomes impossible or impractical to use the gift for the purpose designated by the Earl Holland Memorial Fund Gift Agreement, or if this Gift Agreement is determined to be in conflict with any federal, state, local law, regulation, or ordinance, the Foundation’s Board of Directors, in consultation with the BNFCF Board of Directors, if possible, will direct the use of this gift in the best interest of the College and the BNFCF in a manner as close as possible to the original intent of the Donor(s) as expressed in this Gift Agreement. In grateful recognition of the generosity demonstrated by this gift, the FSW Foundation may recognize the BNFCF in appropriate FSW and FSW Foundation publications and media releases.
