Registered cover from Peking to Chefoo, franked on front with 2nd Peking Junk 10c, tied by Peiping 25.2.32 cds’s, rectangular “”PEIPING (CHINE) R No …”” registration handstamp, backstamped Chefoo 27.2.32 arrival cds. Cover returned with PEIPING 5.3.32 cds, also affixed with two slips, one with Chefoo 1.3.32 cds and one with PEIPING 7.3.32 cds, fine. Photo HK$ 400 - 500 610 1933 (17 Feb.) A cover to Germany, via Per.S.S. “”Empress of Russia, via Canada, bearing Premier Tan 5c x 3 and 2nd Peking print Junk 10c, tied by bilingual ‘SHANGHAI’ cds. 611 1933 (19 May) A FFC from Chefoo reg. to Holland, via Saigon, Marseilles, on front bearing the 2nd Peking print air mail, on reverse bearing SYS 1st London print 4c, 2nd Peking print Junk 10c and 2nd Peking print air mail, 45c and 60c x 4, all tied by bilingual ‘CHEFOO’ cds, with ‘Saigon Marseille’ frame chop in blue on front and bilingual ‘SHANGHAI/2?.5.33’, ‘TONKIN/29.5.33’ transit and ‘SAIGON-CENTRAL/30.5.33’ in single ring blue transit, a few dirt marks.
