LIFEGUARD TRAINING This course trains individuals to become a professional lifeguard. Instruction includes CPR, first aid, AED and water rescues. Students must attend all classes to obtain a LG certificate. This is a blended course that requires students to complete a 20-hour online portion before coming to class. The online portion will be sent to all participants 10 days before the class starts and must be completed before coming to class April 1. If not the online course is not completed, the individual will not be allowed to participate in the class and a refund will not be issued. Prerequisites include: Student must be at least 15 years old, able to swim 350 yards using front crawl and breaststroke, able to dive down nine feet to retrieve object and tread water for two minutes. PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS Private lessons offer four 30-minute sessions of one-on-one instruction for swimmers of all ages who desire to improve swimming skills or stroke technique. SPACE IS LIMITED! Age requirement is 5 years and up. PRIVATE LESSONS Indoor Aquatic Center, 1255 Fuller St. S. One participant; one instructor. These four individualized lessons will be scheduled between you and the assigned instructor based on your schedule. LEARN TO SWIM

INDOOR TOT TIME Infants and toddlers will have the opportunity to play in the zero-depth entry pool before the center opens to the public. The slides and play features will be closed during this time. A lifeguard will be on duty. Some water toys provided. Adult supervision is required

and adults must be in the water with their children. Each session requires participants to exit the facilities before regular hours. Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets may be worn. No other flotation devices will be allowed. Indoor Aquatic Center, 1255 Fuller St. S. Day Time Ages Cost
