Why do it?

What is it?

The goal is to get feedback, ensure everything is on track, or adjust the plan, if needed

Preparing for the Iteration Review

• Before the last week of the iteration, the daily stand-up focuses more on the state of each story in terms of getting “done” • A couple of days before the review, the team may get together for an end-to-end iteration testing session • Schedule time the morning of the review to practice what your team plans to present
