The Moderator declared an Affirmative Vote on the motion amending Article 2.

Article 3. Motion made by Mark Blier and seconded by Francis Pulsoni to approve Article 3 as written. Appropriating $164,595.82 from Excess Revenues for Fiscal Year 23 24 and Recreation Fund Balance to reconcile the Recreation Department accounts. The Moderator declared an Affirmative Vote on the motion to approve Article 3. Motion made by Mark Blier and seconded by Francis Pulsoni to clarify Article 3 by amending the wording, to see if the Town will vote to ratify an overdraft in the following account, and to appropriate from Excess Revenues for Fiscal Year 2023 2024 and Recreation Fund Balance an amount not to exceed $164,595.82 (one hundred sixty-four thousand five hundred ninety-five dollars and eighty-two cents) to fund said overdraft. The Moderator declared an Affirmative Vote on the motion to amend Article 3. Motion made by Mark Blier and seconded by Francis Pulsoni to adjourn the meeting.
