Kemach - 15 years running, provides educators, government grants, back office, tests, pre-qualifications, etc.

Lmaaseh - 5 years running, sources eligible Chareidi/Chassidishe student for enrollment.

ידוע ומפורס ם גודל מצוקת מצב הפרנסה אצל אחינו בנ"י החרדים לדבר ה', כאשר בחמלת ה' עלינו רבים הם שהתרבו במשפחות ברוכות ילדים, והם מתקשים מאד לה מ ציא לצאצאי ה ם ולב"ב את מזונותיהם ופרנסתם. מצב זה גרם לנהירה של רבים לאקדמיה החרדית מתוך חוסר הבנה עד כמה הדבר מ סוכן לעתידו הרוחני ולעתיד דורותיו. גדולי ישראל שליט"א רואים באקדמי' את אחת הסכנות הגדולות מבחינה רוחנית, ועל כן אסרו גדולי ישראל שליט"א את הלימודים באקדמי' ועל אף שהם מודעים לגודל מצוקת הפרנסה והלחץ זו הדחק, מכל מקום הכריעו שהסכנה הרוחנית גוברת על מצוקת הפ גם באותם המקומות שנותנים הכשרה מקצועית שאין בה צורך בתואר אקדמי עדין מרובות הסכנות הרוחניות בעיקר מבחינת המרצים הרחוקים מאד מעולמם של החרדים לדבר ה', ומלבד מה שהרבה פעמים מקומות העבודה אינם מתאימים כלל ליר"ש, ומרובים בהם הניסיונות, והרי דרך ברייתו של האדם להיות נמשך אחר רעיו וחבריו בדעותיו ובמעשיו, וכמוש"כ הרמב"ם . ב"ה שנתעוררו לזה רבנים ועסקנים החרדים לדבר ה', לייסד הכשרות מקצועיות לאלו שנצרכים לעבוד ולהתפרנס, שיהיה בהם פיקוח הדוק הן על תוכן הלימודים וההרצאות שלא יהי' בהם שום פסול בה שקפה ובצניעות, הן על סביבת הלומ דים שיה י ו רק אברכים יראים ושלמים בעל יר"ש ובעלי השקפה טהורה ונכונה, וכמו"כ שלא יכשירו רק ל עבודות המתאימות לאברך יר"ש. ואנו מלאים והערכה לנדיב לב הרב רבי אהרן מרגליות שליט"א שנטל על שכמו את גודל העול לסייע עניים שהמעולה שבצדקות זה הנותן לישראל שמך מתנה או הלוואה או עושה עמו שותפות או ממציא לו מלאכה כדי לחזק את ידו שיוכל להתפרנס בלא להצטרך לבריות , ע"ש. והרי הוא בכלל העוסקים בצרכי ציבור באמונה שהקב"ה ישלם שכרם וישלח ברכה והצלחה בכל מ ידיהם עם רוב נחת ושמחה מצאצאיו היקרים הע"י. ואנו קוראים לנדיבי לב המבינים את גודל נחיצות הדבר לאפשר לאברכים יר"ש להתפרנס בכבוד מבלי לפגום במעלתם הרוחנית להצטרף אלי ו ולהרבות פעלים גדול וחשוב זה. לאותם אברכים יקר ים בעלי משפחות ברוכות שיוכלו לק הלימודים הנ" ל , ומתוך דברי הרמב"ם בפ' מתנו תמיכה בזמן לימודיהם, כדי לאפשר להם את
