Cabin Heat Boxes (Cabin Heat Shuttles) These deluxe Homebuilder’s cabin heat boxes have one 2” O.D. inlet and two 2” O.D. outlets with the second outlet used to route warm air away from the low plenum area when not using heat in the cabin. Fabricated from aircraft-grade aluminum with stainless steel shaft, arm and flapper. Comes with a gasket flange and four stainless steel blind rivets for mounting on the forward side of the firewall. Homebuilder’s Cabin Heat Box All Stainless This box is identically configured to the box above, but constructed entirely of stainless steel. P/N DL-006 SALE! Warm/Cool Air Mixer This unit has a flapper to direct cool air from one side and/or warm air from the other side. It is designed to be riveted or bolted to the firewall. The shaft, arm, and valve are all stainless steel. The bushings are brass and the tubing is 2” O.D. 6061-T. Hose clamp, gasket and four blind rivets are furnished with the part. P/N DL-016. Designed to fit with the Shut Off Valve below. Shut Off Valve This unit is expanded on one end to 2” I.D. to slip over a 2” O.D. tube to regulate or shut off air. (It is also available for in-line applications.) The bushings are brass and the tubing is 2” O.D. 6061-T. The shaft, arm and flapper valve are all stainless steel. A stainless steel hose clamp is furnished with this part. P/N DL-019. Designed to fit with the Warm/Cool Air Mixer above. 2” Dia. Non-Expanded “Y” Tube Used with the cabin heat box to route warm air to two or more locations. Includes one stainless steel hose clamp.
