Doug stated that they have had a rep, Dennis Kelly, drive replacement parts out to him to make sure he did not have any down time. Doug stated that they have good people and understand what he is talking about. Doug stated that he is completely satisfied and very happy with Trimble and Sitech. Tech Products (97) ABRAMS KIEWIT AJV 102447 DAVID PRICE – David said Steve Meitler and Dennis Kelly do a great job for him. WINDSOR Windsor (09) HIGH PERFORMANCE HOMES JESSE SEAVERS – Jesse said he just scheduled the service. Jesse said the fact that he didn't have to deal with anything was nice. Jesse's contact, Aaron Vigil, goes above and beyond to give him great service. Jesse said Aaron did all the work. All he had to do was let Aaron know. Windsor (09) CROSSFIRE LLC BOB MACK – Bob said every single one of the guys knows him by his first name, and they are outstanding at the Windsor Location. Bob said the Windsor location a 10 rating. Bob said when he has issues he can contact Andrew Quirk (Windsor - Parts Advisor), and he will handle it for him. Bob said Andrew is his favorite parts guy at Windsor, and he goes above and beyond for him. Bob said he is excellent. Bob said he can email Andrew, and he will advice him. Bob said Andrew will handle the quotes and the PO requirements. Windsor (09) LANDMARK BUILDERS INC ERIC MOREHEAD – Eric said David Ray is his rep, and he is always on the spot. Eric said David Ray is responsive, and he works hard for him. Eric said David gets him what he needs. YUMA Yuma (38) YUMA COUNTY DAIRY TOM MEKELBERG – Tom said the mechanic, Jason Dinsmore, was really good. Tom said he calls Jason to schedule the service. Tom said Jason does a really good job communicating. Yuma (38) JESSEN UNLIMITED CHODD BRIGGS – Chodd said Wgner Equipment Co. has good service work. Chodd said that Jeff McCormick does a good job. TEN COMMANDMENTS OF GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS

1. Our customers are the most important people to enter our establishment whether in person, by mail or telephone. 2. Our customers are people who desire our service…..it is our job to give that service in such a way that mutual benefit & satisfaction result. 3. Our customers are not dependent on us…..on the contrary, we are dependent on them. 4. Our customers are not an interruption of our work... they are a part of it. 5. Our customers are not outsiders in our work… they are a part of it. 6. Our customers are not cold statistics... they are flesh and blood human beings with feelings and emotions like our own.

7. Our customers are not people to argue or match wits with… arguments are won only by avoiding them. 8. Our customers, whether belligerent or irritating, humble or appealing, always have a genuine right to receive prompt & courteous service. 9. Our customers do us a favor by giving us an opportunity to serve them… we are not doing them a favor by serving them. 10. Our customers expect only what we ourselves expect from those who have elected to serve others… service… with a minimum of delay in a helpful, courteous and efficient manner.
