Welquis has been a friend of Círculo de la Hispanidad for over three decades. Over the years he has supported Círculo’s mission and vision by opening doors to help Círculo access funding. Welquis was instrumental in helping with Círculo’s Community Center in Hempstead, and has supported Círculo’s initiatives over our history.
