Table 12 summarizes results from the analysis of the materials that were contaminated at a 20 mg/kg gluten level. Depending on the lot that was used for the experiment, recoveries from 88% up to 106% were found for wheat and barley contaminated oat flour while for rye recoveries between 137% and 154% were found.
