Salmon pink, persistent perlage explodes into a foamy mouse, utterly inviting

Light, floral with a hint of roses and violet, very distinctive

Dry in style, red berries and a hint of tropical fruit bring ripe and roundness mid palate, finish is lifted but fruitful to the end

A style of wine inadvertently banned by it’s own legislation is welcomed back with open arms after producers fought to bring back the previously popular PINK style of Prosecco – the rules are tighter, the pink colour can only be drawn from the red grape variety Pinot Noir – and the resulting style is in a class of it’s own
