Mini-Circuits’ 250WSurface- Mount 2-Way 90° Hybrid, 225 to 450MHz Mini-Circuits’ QCH-451 is a high- power, surface-mount 2-way 90° hybrid capable of handling up to 250W RF input power for applications over a wide bandwidth from 225 to 450MHz. This model provides low insertion loss of 0.2dB and 27dB port-to-port isolation. With 0.25dB amplitude unbalance and 1.4° phase unbalance (relative to 90°), the hybrid produces nearly equal output signals with 90° phase shift, ideal for I/Q systems, balanced amplifiers, antenna feeds, and many more applications. The splitter is designed in to a miniature printed laminate measuring only 1.26x0.5x0.78” with wraparound terminations for good solderability and easy visual inspection. Mini-Circuits’ Connectorized Splitter/Combiner Handles up to 25W from 350 to 6000MHz Mini-Circuits’ ZN2PD2-63A+ is a connectorized 2-way 0° splitter/ combiner that provides power handling up to 25W as a splitter (1W as a combiner) for a wide range of applications from 300 to 6000MHz. This model provides 0.9dB insertion loss, 1.4:1 VSWR, 20dB isolation, 0.1dB amplitude unbalance, and 2° phase unbalance. It is also capable of passing up to 600mA (300mA each port) from input to output. Its outstanding combination of high power handling and low loss make it an ideal choice for applications requiring excellent power transmission from input to output.
