EVENING LESSONS

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS Private lessons offer four 30-minute sessions of one-on-one instruction for swimmers of all ages who desire to improve swimming skills or stroke technique. SPACE IS LIMITED! Age requirement is 5 years and up. PRIVATE LESSONS Indoor Aquatic Center, 1255 Fuller St. S. One participant; one instructor. Two students of equivalent abilities. Students may be from different families but must register as pairs.

LIFEGUARD TRAINING This course trains individuals to become a professional lifeguard. Instruction includes CPR, first aid, AED and water rescues. Students must attend all classes to obtain a LG certificate. This is a blended course that requires students to complete a 20-hour online portion before coming to class. The online portion will be sent to all participants 10 days before the class starts and must be completed before coming to class Dec. 27. If not the online course is not completed, the individual will not be allowed to participate in the class and a refund will not be issued. Prerequisites include: Student must be at least 15 years old, able to swim 350 yards using front crawl and breaststroke, able to dive down nine feet to retrieve object and tread water for two minutes.
