YOUTH PROGRAMS

SKI CLUB Ski Club consists of two evening and two day-long trips to a variety of ski areas. Transportation and lift tickets are included. Ski or snowboard equipment rental is on your own. Registration material will be handed out at the schools and available at the Community Center beginning Oct. 16. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis between Oct. 16 and Dec. 13. There is a short mandatory parent/participant meeting for first-time participants scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Community Center. PICKLEBALL 4 KIDS Pickleball is not just for adults anymore! Learn how to play Pickleball in a fun atmosphere! All equipment will be provided, you only need to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. The instructor will go over the rules and will run kids through drills to work on positioning, serving, dinking, and hitting. Practice matches will end the hour each day. Instructors will go over rules and different types of games that can be played. Participants will practice hitting, passing and in-game strategies. Then we’ll finish with some exciting games. ARROWHEADS ARCHERY This program utilizes the USA Archery curriculum. We’ve expanded to those that want skill level options or that have the desire to get involved in something fun at a competitive/team level. Equipment is provided (Mathews Genesis bows only) or you can use your own bow. Specify if you have your own bow during online registration or write it on your paper registration. Instructor: David Conrad LITTLE ARROWS Beginner level offering that will accommodate a wide age range. Utilizes Mathews Genesis bow.
