If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non-notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant properly doctors releases, he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. This determination may be based on production factors. FINALS STOCK - The order of the bulls to be used in the finals of an Xbulls Event will be designated by the event representative and listed in order on the judges sheets prior to the first go- round of competition. The contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designated to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. Approximately 35 contestants will compete during each performance with the top 10 (will not exceed 10) advancing to a finals during each performance. (The payoff for the long go-round, the finals and the average will be determined by the highest scores from both combined performances). If there are not 10 qualified rides during a performance, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw.
