Interest Revenue Interest Expense Net

A. Governmental Activities Governmental activities increased the City’s net position by approximately $6.4 million, down from an approximate $6.9 million increase last year. Contributing to the decrease was the generous donation of LeBauer and Center City Parks to the City in FY 2017, offset by the increase in property tax revenue due to the 2017 reevaluation. The Internal Service Funds are combined with governmental activities at the entity-wide level.
