ELHT Fire Safety Advisor Bob Donovan retired at the end of May. Bob held various roles in the Trust after joining the Estates Team at Burnley Healthcare NHS Trust in 2002. It is time for us to say a ‘big thank you’ to him for his contributions to the safety of our hospitals and the friendship he is leaving behind. Bob, we all wish you a long, fulfilling and healthy retirement. Bye Bye, Bob During her ELHT career, Tracy successfully held a number of roles, including Superintendent Physio, Directorate Lead for Therapies, Divisional Quality and Safety Chair, Physiotherapy Clinical Educator and member of a national Team/Board of 30 selected AHP Directors. An impressively large number of current and former colleagues turned out for the retirement party for Tracy McGlone, Head of Therapies following after 34 years NHS service. After qualifying as a remedial gymnast and recreational therapist in 1985, Tracy arrived in East Lancashire after several NHS posts across Greater Manchester. Ta Ta, Tracy
