Shane “Pecos” Galamore, of Pinson, AL is the first and only Head Baseball Coach at South Paulding High School. He has been coaching baseball as well as many other sports for the past 19 years. He has also served as the Boys and Girls Cross Country Head Coach and assisted with the softball and girls basketball in past years at South. Coach Galamore is the lead ISS instructor and also facilitates the K12 program, which is a credit recovery program. Prior to this experience, he spent 4 years as an assistant coach at Alexander High School in Douglas County, GA. Coach Driskell is a 2014 graduate of South Paulding High School, where he played baseball 4 years. He was a 2 year starter on the Varsity team and a two year letterman. He was 2nd team all county as a senior and played under Coach Galamore. After High School Coach Driskell attended Wallace State in Selma Alabama playing baseball for two years there and obtaining his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Right now Coach Driskell attends West Georgia University and is pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. His coaching duties at South for this year is an assistant on the JV team working with outfielders and pitchers.

Coach Sneddon has been coaching high school baseball for 22 years in the West Georgia area; including head coaching stints at Mt. Paran, Mt. Zion, and Villa Rica. He is a graduate of the University of West Georgia, and has a Masterʼs degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. He has been named a Georgia High School All-Region coach of the year, and the Times-Georgian All-Area coach of the year. In addition to baseball, he has also coached high school football, and basketball, as well as serving as a middle school athletic director. Coach Sneddon has also served as the director of the John Smoltz baseball camp, as has mentored many former, and current collegiate and professional baseball players. Coach Sneddon has 2 daughters; Jordan (14) and Alana (6)
