(HTN), and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Congestive heart failure (CHF), HTN, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and HIV

are to have a baseline chest x-ray. An EKG is recommended for CHF, HTN, coronary artery disease, strokes, and severe mental illness.
