Art Charges:

F2W will provide 1 Mockup with 2 revisions. Any revision after that would incur a $50.00/hr. Art Charge. For art requests without an order there is no charge. However, if we do not receive an order within 2 weeks of the final mock-up there will be a $75 fee for services provided.

Terms for Art fee: Credit card or Net 10

Outside graphics provided by F2W will be charged back to account, minimum cost $10.00 per graphic.

Graphic provided by accounts must be one of the following high resolution formats; .EPS .AI .

Art Mockup: 48-72 Hours turnaround time predicated upon in-hand receipt of viable graphics and artwork provided by account.

By accepting mock ups, Client warrants that it owns, has license to, or otherwise has permission to use any third party logos, images, or trademarks included herein

Custom Production Guidelines -

- 24 pc minimum (adult and youth separate) - Custom braided shorts or custom trim garments that do not meet the minimum requirements will have a 6 week

production period.

The following additional charges will be applied to custom orders that do not meet the minimum quantities:

23-18 pieces: $2.00 per garment 17-12 pieces: $4.00 per garment 11-2 pieces: Cost + 50% 1 Piece: Cost x 2

RUSH ORDERS

- Rush orders are predicated on fabric availability, current production schedule and quantities. - NO rush orders on custom braided shorts or custom trim garments.

The following additional charges will be applied to custom orders requiring a guaranteed order delivery date:

<3 week ship date $4.00 per garment <4 week ship date - $3.00 per garment

Any custom garment requiring a deviation from the original SKU will have an added up charge of $2.00 per piece and an extended production period of 6 weeks.
