View Your Room Assignment and Plan Step 1 Go to: www.uwstout.edu/housing-gateway Use you UW-Stout username and password to log on to the site Step 2 Select My Room and Plan Assignment to see: Room Assignment Building, Bed Space (your room number), type of room, and your address Roommate(s) Dining Dollars & Campus Cash Funds Locked Room Passcode

(You will use this password to gain access to your spare keys if you lock youself out of your room.)

Note: In some fields, you may ssee items listed more than once with different move in/out or start/end dates. this indicates that you have room and plan assignments.

Contact Your Roommate Before Arrival

Your roommate’s contact info is listed under my Room and Plan Assignments on the Housing Gateway. Connect with your roommate to coordinate what you will need to bring for your room. Note: Rommatee assignments can change. please check the Housing Gateway periodically to review the statues of your roommate assignment.
