GENERAL INFORMATION • Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival • Please vacate your room by 11 am on the day of your departure • Deposit: Your booking will be binding once we have received your deposit of € 400,– (double and single rooms) or € 550,– (studios and apartments) for each booked room. • The Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply for all bookings. • No refunds are available in case you miss dinner. • Dogs are only permitted subject to prior arrangement. Price: € 10,– per small dog/night, food not included € 17,– per large dog/night, food not included • Christmas- and Newyearsspecial per adult € 50,– per children € 25,- CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellations of or amendments to your booking that you notify us of 40 days prior to the day of your arrival are free of charge. • Cancellations of or amendments to your booking that you notify us of up to 21 days prior to the day of your arrival will be charged at 30% of the booking price. • Cancellations of or amendments to your booking that you notify us of up to 7 days prior to the day of your arrival will be charged at 70% of the booking price. • Cancellations of or amendments to your booking that you notify us of later than 7 days prior to the day of your arrival or non-shows will be charged at the full booking price. • Prices are exclusive local tax of currently € 2,– per Person and night. Children up to 15 years are tax free.

CHILDREN’S RATES For children staying in a fold-out bed in their parents’room/ apartment (2 adults paying full rates), the following rates apply: 0 – 2.9 years free of charge 3 – 9.9 years 60% discount 10 – 13.9 years 50% discount 14 – 16.9 years 40% discount from 17 years 20% discount Offers for single with child.
