Community Relations team member Sheila Schwall was at the City of Austin Health and Wellness Fair last week speaking with folks about ATCEMS and distributing health and safety marketing materials to City of Austin employees and family members. Nice looking table display thanks Sheila! The Community Relations team regularly attends community and City sponsored events to help spread awareness for ATCEMS programs and services. A very special thank you to Injury Prevention team member Jason Cantu for helping the City of Austin’s ATXN crew with a promotional video to highlight COA services for our Spanish speaking community. Jason is an instructor for our Safe Baby Academy Spanish classes which will be highlighted on ATXN Channel 6 in the coming weeks. Jason always does a great job, one of his colleagues told us that “Jason is an incredible asset to ATCEMS and is always professional, friendly, engaging and has a wealth of information to share”. Jason will go out of his way to help make our Injury Prevention programs and services accessible to everyone, including giving up time on his week- ends to accommodate those who can't attend classes or events during the week. Thanks for your dedication, profes- sionalism and ongoing commitment to ATCEMS and our programming Jason!
