Here, Kitty The new private jet terminal at St Kitts looks set for an increase in traffic as high-end developments on the glamorous Caribbean island reach completion. First off the starting line is Belle Mont Farm, which opened on December 12th last year. A high-end interpretation of a rustic farmstay, guests staying in colonial-style villas with views to the Atlantic are encouraged to live the simple life, dining on the farm’s organic food or watching a film on their villa’s personal cinema screen. It’s part of the ambitious Kittitian Hill development, a real-estate, golf and leisure development with its own air strip and a laudable sustainable ethos. Later this year, on the other side of the island, a Park Hyatt will open as part of the exclusive Christophe Harbour development. Here, on the undeveloped south coast, surrounded by a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, a yacht marina and beach club, you can invest in a five-bedroom, five- bathroom super villa for $4.6m. bellemontfarm.com christopheharbour.com
