Application Used for full-voltage starting and reversing of squirrel cage induction motors up to 200 horsepower maximum, 600 Volts maximum. Provides short-circuit protection, either by means of fuses or a circuit breaker. Consists of a reversing controller and a fusible or nonfusible disconnect switch or circuit breaker to provide branch circuit protection. Three-leg block overload relay provides overload protection on starters. Undervoltage protection or release can be provided by using appropriate accessory controls. Refer to page 1-7 for features of basic starter. 2. Order heaters by complete Product Number from appropriate heater tables on pages 1-153 to 1-159, based on motor fullload current. Fuses can be purchased from local fuse suppliers. 3. Order forms not listed or special features by complete description using a listed Product Number as reference wherever possible. Example: Similar to CR411E6041A1AAAAA except with a 575/115- Volt control transformer. 4. 50 Hertz starters 50 Hertz forms (at standard voltages) shown in table for 60 Hertz. See page 1-4 for 380-415 Volt horsepower ratings. 5. Product notes Motor full-load current should not exceed continuous ampere rating of starter. Product number selection instructions 1.
