INCORPORATED LAW SOCIETY. At the preliminary examination for candidates seek ing to become apprentices to solicitors, held upon the • 10th and llth days of October, the following passed „ the examination, and their names are arranged in /order of merit:— 1. John William. -Buggy; 2. Richard H. Hudson; 3. Robert Hunter." Joseph Campbell and Albert E. Davis have passed the special preliminary examination for which they had liberty to present themselves. ''The remaining candidates axe postponed.
