The money raised over the four days went to support many civic organizations and facilities in Juno Beach, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens: Fire Departments, Police Departments, and Jupi- ter Medical Center. We also supported many various needy programs: Alzheimer's Community Center, Florida Resource Center for Women and Children, Ernie Els School for Autistic Children, Retarded Citi- zens and Children, Epilepsy Foundation, Busch Wildlife Sanctu- ary, El Sol, Children with Cancer, and Loggerhead. This was our third year supporting an organization that trains support dogs for area veterans and the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department. We look forward to the support of all of you at Frenchman’s Creek for this coming year. Thank you to our Charity Commit- tees headed by Judy Chesler & Helene Myers, Board Oversights, Alan Fuirst and Steven Bernstein, the Marketing Department, and to all the staff especially Jackie, Mariia, Andrea and Nadia from the Food and Beverage Department, who worked so hard in putting this event together—it can’t be done alone.

THE FRENCHMAN’S CREEK CHARITIES FOUNDATION had another fabulous year. We are now in our 20th year and looking forward to doing even better at our March 28—March 31 events. Last year, our activities began on Thursday, March 22, with Bocce Ball and Pickleball games, and then on Friday, March 23, we hosted Bridge, Canasta, and Mah Jongg in the after- noon followed by “the Auction of the Pros and Caddies,” a fun evening of cocktails and tapas with our great auctioneer Rich Ruggerio. On “Super Sports” Saturday, March 24, our tennis group played with pros from around the area in a round robin event with a luncheon that followed. We added an awesome pet pa- rade to show the dog Frenchman’s Creek sponsored for veter- ans. Following, we had our famous softball game with mem- bers and staff joining a mixed team. After the game everyone enjoyed popcorn, sliders, hot dogs, wine, beer and especially lots of laughs. We ended our fabulous weekend on Sunday, March 25, with golf in the morning, a matinee movie of The Barkley’s of Broadway , followed by more golf in the afternoon. We com- pleted the weekend with our great cocktail party and closing dinner.
