COCKTAILS

2 Dashes Curasao. 2 Dashes Maraschino. 2 Dashes Orange Bitters. 2 Dashes Absinthe. ^ Brandy. 34 French Vermouth. Shake well and strain into cock tail glass. Add a cherry and squeeze lemon peel on top. 3 Dashes Gomme Syrup. 2 Dashes Curagao. 1 Liqueur Glass Brandy. 1 Liqueur Glass Whisky. 1 Piece Lemon Peel, twisted to express the oil. Two Small Pieces of Ice. Stir thoroughly and remove the ice. Fill the glass with seltzer water or plain soda, and stir with a teaspoon having a little sugar in it. 2 Dashes Bitters. 1 Dash Absinthe.

3 Dashes Grenadine. 34 Apricot Brandy. 34 Orange Gin. 1/, Lemon Juice. /4 Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

MOULIN ROUGE COCKTAIL.
