QUARTER DECK COCKTAIL.

1 Teaspoonful of Lime Juice. Y^ Sherry. % Rum. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

QUEEN'S COCKTAIL.

Slice of Crushed Pine apple.

Va 'A V2 French Vermouth. Italian Vermouth. Gin. Shake well qnd strain into cocktail glass. 1 Dash Absinthe. Y\ Lemon Juice. Y-i Cointreau. Y'2, Dry Gin. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
