2 Dashe.? Dubonnet. Yi French Vermouth. % Plymouth Gin.
Shake well and strain into cock tail glass. Squeeze orange peel on top.
1/2 Sloe Cin. 1/^ Applejack pr Calvados. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. This cocktail is a very great favourite at the Savoy Hotel, London, where it was invented. I SAVOY TANCO COCKTAIL.
SAZERAG COCKTAIL.
Lump of Sugar. Dash Angostura or Pey- chana Bitters. Class Rye or Canadian Club Whisky. Stir well and strain into another glass that has been cooled, add 1 dash Absinthe andsqueeze lemon peel on top. 1 v; Hs ' (i Grenadine.
