COCKTAILS

Place an Egg in Large Port Wine Glass, being careful not to break the yolk. Fill glass with Sherry. 1 Glass Brandy. 1 Glass French Vermouth. 3 Glasses Sherry. % Glass Cointreau. Ys Glass Lemon Juice. 1 Small Piece Cinnamon. S/ia/ie well and strain into cocktail glass. Take the juice of 1 Orange, 2 glasses of Whisky, 234 glasses of Sherry and 34 glass of Cointreau. Add two cloves, squeeze in the juice of 34 lemon, and add half a turn of the pepper-mill. Fill the shaker with cracked ice. Shake and serve.

4 Glasses Sherry. Glass Whisky. Glass Rum.

SHIP COCKTAIL. (6 people)

Glass Prune Syrup. Dash Orange Bitters. A little Sugar if desired.

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

34 Lemon Juice. 34 Cointreau. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
