The Juice of 1^ Lemons. 1 Glass Gin. 3 Glasses French Vermouth. 1 or 2 Dessertspoonsful Sugar Syrup. If desired, 1 Spoonful Orange Bitters. Shake well and serve with a piece of lemon rind.

ZANZIBAR COCKTAIL (6 people)

% Dubonnet. Dry Gin. Shake well and strain intc cocktail glass.

ZAZA COCKTAIL.

Canadian Club Whisky Dash Angostura Bitters Dash Orange Bitters. Dashes Absinthe

Shake well and strain into cock tail glass. Squeeze lemon peel, on top. % Hercules. Y2 Calvados or Apple Brandy. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
