Fill medium size glass with syphon soda water or split of soda. Ginger Ale can be used if preferred. Add twist of lemon peel if desired.

FIZZES.

The Juice of Lemon. fo Tablespoonful Powdered Sugar. 1 Glass Dry Gin. Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with soda water. Add 2 sprigs of Fresh Mint. The Juice of ^ Lemon. 14 Tablespoonful Powdered Sugar. 1 Glass Gin. Shake well, strain into medium size gla.ss and fill with syphon soda water. Add teaspoonful Raspberry Syrup.
