COCKTAILS

Yi French Vermouth. Italian Vermouth. Absinthe. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

DUCHESS COCKTAIL.

1/2 Sherry. y^ Italian Vermouth. 3 Dashes Orange Bitters. Stir well and twist orange peel on top. In a' shaker filled with cracked Ice place a spoonful of Curasao, 2 glasses of Gin, 2 glasses of Sherry, 2 glasses of French Vermouth. Stir thoroughly with a spoon, shake, strain, and serve. Add an olive and 2 dashes of Absinthe to each glass. 1 Dash Angostura Bitters. y^ Sherry. % Rum. Stir well and strain into cocktail glass. Pour Ay^ glasses of Whisky into a large glass and soak in this a few cloves. Add 5 or 6 drops of Orange Bitters, and lastly put in 1^ glasses of Curasao. Place the lot in the shaker; shake and serve.
