Verification of the identity of business partners is crucial for large companies (89% of respondents), while for small companies the interest is only at 59%. On the contrary, the online handling of the complaint procedure is attractive for small companies (50% of respondents compared to 36% of representatives of medium-sized companies, or 38% of representatives of large companies).
