Stone drill 107
Stone and concrete drill
Design: With round shank. The computer calculated twist profile ensures optimum removal of drilling dust, smoother drilling and optimum impact energy transport. Extremely long tool lives are achieved by the high strength soldering of carbide plates and the annealed surface, which results in a guaranteed higher break-resistance in impacts and higher strength for armouring hits. Up to 50% more holes than standard concrete drills. Certified by the Prüfgemeinschaft Mauerbohrer. Application: For concrete, stone, masonry, brick, light construction materials, granite and marble.

Stepped drill for crash barrier assembly
Design: HSS, TiCN coated surface. Stepped drill with cross point and variable spiral slot. Chuck slippage is avoided by the 3-surface shank. The special cone in the cylindrical area prevents tipping or catching during the drilling process. Drill chuck protection with integrated attachment ring. With laser print of hole ∅ and speed. The hole ∅ can still be read with the tool rotating. Application: Specially for holes in crash barriers and fully galvanised materials. Insert depth up to 3.5 mm. Note: Use of drilling oils possible.

Information on articles for cable screw-connections The threads are metric ISO precision thread, each with a gradient of 1.5 for all sizes. In distribution cabinets with wall thicknesses up to max. 3-5.5 mm, cable screw connections are screwed into the body. The thread core hole is drilled with one of our stepped drills for cable screw
connections. Special cutting tap bits (M12-M32) have been developed for the corresponding thread. The cutting taps have a long pilot tip, which is used to fix the tool in the hole in order to create a 100 % aligned thread, even with single-sided pressure. The tap drive is designed so that it can be operated with a standard hexagon insert ("nut) and a ratchet using just one hand. This type of drive saves time and space.

Spot weld miller hexagon shank
Design: HSS. With double-sided cutting, replaceable and rotating milling bit as well as setting screw for precisely setting the milling depth. The hexagonal shank causes a 100% power transfer, thus in every bushing the countersink is extremely slip-free. Scope of supply: spot weld milling cutter with milling bit and centring pin. Application: For detaching spot welded sheet parts without misshaping the sheet or pulling it out.

Core drills
Design: HSS-Co, AlTiN coated surface, with Weldon shank ∅ 19 mm, 2 carrier surfaces and 1 countersink for Rota-Quick ® . Inner hole 6.35 mm. Application: For use in magnetic base drills and column drills with MK mount. The core drill only machines a thin material ring. The remaining drill core is ejected by a guide and ejector pin using spring force. The chips are quickly moved up for disposal and the risk of breakage minimised. Even large drilling diameters require relatively low amounts of energy. The core drill machines only a small part of the overall area in comparison to the spiral drill. This results in huge savings in power and time.
