• Exceeded attendance expectations and had the highest attendance at the annual 25-Year Club celebration. • Graduated our eighth Pathways to Leadership cohort. • Received $7,000 in grant funding for Microsoft Office computer classes. • Graduated 14 leaders and providers through second MBA cohort with Stockton University. • Deployed harassment and human trafficking education. • Launched monthly LifeCenter Fitness Challenge between staff members, as well as members of the LifeCenter. • Launched telemedicine option for Horizon members. • Awarded a $200 summer and a $1,250 winter bonus to staff for meeting or exceeding all Share the Success goals. • In calendar year 2017, AtlantiCare proudly invested over $2.1 million for 428 employees to further their education through our Education Investment Program - a 40 percent increase over the previous year. • Aligned with Geisinger employee engagement survey question list for combined results reporting. • Launched and fully deployed an electronic exit interview form that is sent via e-mail to all voluntary terminations. • Continued outreach to more middle and high schools through presentations on healthcare careers, resume building, and career life skills. • Initiated Atlantic Cape Community College Paramedic Program. • Launched the new and improved FitCare290 – Employee Weight Management Program. Provided more one-on-one training for participants. • Expanded programs, including bi-lingual options, that offer meetings with school students and their parents for possible employment opportunities. • Collaborated with the Atlantic City Mayor’s Office and Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce to help educate community participants on resume writing and interview skills. • Decreased costs of vision care and maintained cost of the medical biweekly contributions with no increase for employees in the $0-$49,999 salary tier. • Expanded social media growth and platform for Talent Acquisition. • Talent Acquisition utilized a candidate sourcing company for cost savings over direct-hire agencies for hard-to-fill roles. • LifeCenter launched two new programs: Kids Fitness and Adult Weight Loss; both have exceeded participants and earned revenue for the LifeCenter bottom line. • Established Stockton relationships and programs: Supply Chain Internship Program, “A Day in the Life” (Take your college student to work programwith Dr. Ron Caplan’s class), and the Career Center. • LifeCenter collaborated with the Egg Harbor Township Nature Reserve to volunteer and sponsor their annual Turkey Trot 5K & One-Miler. • LifeCenter provided warmup activities for multiple 5K races on the Atlantic City boardwalk, including the 2017 Atlantic City Marathon and 2017 Seashore Gardens 5K. • Implemented “A Day in the Life”hospital education series for trustees.
