• Total lives cared for by Primary Care Plus and Urgent Care exceeded goal at 198,710. • AtlantiCare entered into a joint venture for urgent care with Advocare, the largest medical group in southern New Jersey. • Completed the Surgery Center strategic plan and received approval for a Musculoskeletal Surgery Center at Egg Harbor Township Health Park. • Opened Life Connection, AtlantiCare’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. • Total lives managed increased by 10 percent. • AtlantiCare Behavioral Health (ABH) enhanced its behavioral health and primary care integration by embedding licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) in primary care offices. • Manahawkin campus now providing 18 specialties, including pediatrics. • AtlantiCare Physician Group (APG) acquired five new practices (two primary care, one OB/GYN, one pediatric care, and one urgent care), adding over 16,000 new patients to our panel size and 20,000 additional urgent care visits annually. • AtlantiCare’s HealthPlex delivered more than 70,000 pounds of food to their patients in need.. • ARMC MyCode® has enrolled over 18,000 participants and expanded in AtlantiCare Physician Group (APG) Cardiology and OB/GYN practices. • The Ornish Intensive Cardiac Rehab Program launched FY2018 with total of 97 graduates to date. • Musculoskeletal Service line launched the Mako® robotic-arm assisted technology for joint replacement procedures. • Manahawkin and Rio Grande exceeded budget volumes. • Launched home visiting Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) program to improve access in our community. • AtlantiCare Behavioral Health (ABH) expanded the Opioid Overdose Recovery Program (OORP) services to 24 hours per day/seven days per week. • Completed the first phase of the KeyHIE (Keystone Health Information Exchange) project. KeyHIE is the health information exchange powered by Geisinger. This phase populated KeyHIE with inpatient and ambulatory records in preparation for exchanging data with other providers. • ARMC is expanding the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Galloway at the Galloway Special Care Center as part of the larger Medicaid expansion plan. • LifeCenter increase in average total membership by 3.6 percent overall and by 12 percent at Tropicana. • Collaborated with AtlantiCare multidisciplinary healthcare team to launch the HealthPlex cardiac rehab program. • APG opened two new offices in Linwood and Brigantine. • AtlantiCare Behavioral Health (ABH) opened a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) as one of seven New Jersey organizations to include ambulatory detoxification services. • AtlantiCare Behavioral Health (ABH) received a Support Team for Addiction Recovery (STAR) grant to expand recovery specialist services in the community. • AtlantiCare Physician Group (APG) Patient Panel Growth increased by 7.6 percent. • AtlantiCare Physician Group (APG) increased patient visits by 9 percent. • Manahawkin Urgent Care opened in July 2017, and Ocean City Urgent Care began seasonal service in June 2018. • ARMC Credentialing processed 73 percent more applications with a projected volume increase to 130 percent by the end FY18. • ARMC continues to provide and foster a broad and inclusive experience for current hub and core medical students from both Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
