A continuous roller/batch annealing furnace

Transportable electric furnace with forced air circulation

I LE S Srl, Italy, has launched a new furnace for stabilisation in the continuous production of micro-springs up to 0.6mm in diameter. The furnace is designed to be linked directly to winding, coiling and bending machines, in order to reduce working time. Heat treatment takes place at the same conditions of temperature and stay time for all springs.
