FALL PROOF BALANCE & MOBILITY TRAINING (55 years & over) This class will improve balance, strength, walking ability, and confidence. Track your prog- ress with pre and post balance assessments. The exercises are matched to your abilities and are done sitting, standing and walking. Participants must be able to walk a city block without stopping, and without the use of a walker or cane. A doctor’s referral may be required. Using Zumba® toning sticks or light weight dumbbells, you’ll work every muscle group while you groove. Along with light- weight upper body resistance, you’ll work against gravity or the floor to define your leg and ab muscles. No class Family Day.
