Increased risk of DVT in patients with glioma and brain metastases Especially patients with high grade glioma, leg paresis, obesity and history of previous DVT LMW heparin recommended in high-risk patients (OBS: Increased risk of bleeding in melanoma and renal cell cancer metastases)
