Q. What happens at the

Control Centre when I press my pendant or red button? A. When you activate your Progress Lifeline pendant or red button on the unit, your details are presented to the Control Centre Operator. This is invaluable information enabling the operators to make an informed decision on the action they are required to take and who to call to assist you. Having accurate information about your health, your family, contacts and your carers is vital for the Control Centre Operators. Annually we aim to make contact with you to ensure that the information you first provided is accurate. If any of your details have changed such as a new care agency, a mobile number for one of your emergency contacts or a change to your KeySafe code, then please press your Progress Lifeline pendant at any time to activate a test call and tell the operator what the new information is.
