CORPORATE GIFTS-IN-KIND

PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE SPONSORS AND VOLUNTEERS For six months prior to the Presidential Debate on Oct. 16, a team of local corporate and com­ munity leaders worked with individuals and corporations throughout California to secure sponsorships of the Presidential Debate. Contri­ butions totaling $615,800 from the ponsors listed on this page helped the university cover the $500,000 cost for the Commission on Presidential Debates to produce the debate and the $1.2 million renovation of Shiley Theatre necessary for it to serve as a television studio.
