Requesting Access to a Complaint

Introduction As an agency complaints user in SES, you have access to view basic information about complaints across all agencies. Users assigned the Complaint Supervisor role can also request access to view the full details of another agency’s complaint .

Note: All Complaint Supervisors can request access to view the full details of another agenc y’s complaint . The access request feature is not available for complaints that are in a pending referral status. See SES Agency System Roles and Groups for more information.

Requesting Access to a Complaint 1. Log in to SES. 2. Click Manage Complaints .

3. Click Complaints > All Complaints .

4. Select the Complaint ID hyperlink for the complaint you want to access.
