Viewing the New Complaint Progress Report Introduction After your agency has initiated a complaint, you can access the New Complaint Progress Report to view the progress of all your initiated complaints and what actions need to be taken to move the complaint forward. Accessing your Agency’s New Complaint Progress Report 1. Log in to SES. 2. Click Manage Complaints .

3. Click New Complaint Progress Report in the Reports section on the homepage.

New Complaint Progress Report Content The following table describes the New Complaint Progress Report and the actions available. Report Name Why Complaint is in Report Available Action Company User Not Enrolled Company user is not enrolled in SES by your agency. Click the icon to add a user to SES for the company.
