The Company has not completed the enrollment process, including the assignment of the Complaints Contact. Information requests have not been sent to the company by your agency. The point of contact (POC) for the complaint is not assigned by the company.

Click the icon to go to the Information Requests page to send information requests to the company. Click the icon to remind the company via email to assign a Company POC. When a Company POC is assigned, the company can respond to information requests for the complaint. Click the icon to view an audit of sent reminders.
