Reassigning the Company POC

Note: Company account administrators, the active complaint POC, and the Complaints Contact can reassign the Company POC.

1. Log in to SES. 2. Click Manage Complaints .

3. Click the Complaint ID hyperlink.

5. Click Reassign Company POC .

6. Select the Company POC at the bottom of the page.

Note: Only users assigned a Consumer Complaints role with the Manage Complaints permission in SES appear in this list. See Managing Users for more information.

7. Click Reassign Company POC.
