Responding to a Complaint Information Request Introduction Agencies can send information requests (IRs) regarding a complaint through SES. This article explains how to respond to those information requests.

Note: Users assigned a Consumer Complaints role can draft IR responses, but only the Company POC can send IR responses to the agency. See Managing Company Users and Assigning and Reassigning the Company POC for more information.

Adding Information Request Responses 1. Log in to SES. 2. Click Manage Complaints .

3. Click the Complaint ID hyperlink.

4. Click Information Requests .

5. Click Add IR Responses .

6. Select the desired IR. 7. Click Add Response .
