The amplifier provides 45dB gain with ±2.5dB flatness, 1.7dB noise figure, and P1dB of +20dBm. It operates over a single positive supply voltage range of +9 to +15V, allowing users to choose their desired operating voltage. The internal DC circuitry protects the amplifier from over voltage, reverse voltage and in- rush current, preventing failures or damage due to mishandling.
