The streets in Spencer classified as collectors include 4 th Street SE, East and West 1 st Streets, East and West 3 rd Streets, 4 th Avenue E, 11 th Ave W, W 11 th Street from 4 th Avenue to Country Club Drive, and then Country Club Drive south to W. 4 th Street. All other streets in Spencer are classified as local streets.
